Slaughter City is a Cybertronian city-state that lies across the Badlands from Kaon. It's a dangerous place.

Slaughter City is an area of Cybertron where the Autobots are in control, making it extremely perilous for a Decepticon to stray within its boundaries. The Mayhem Attack Squad trained against Facsimile Construct Autobots in a mocked-up version of Slaughter City before pursuing the renegade Carnivac on Earth. The Hunting Party
Exodus: The Official History of the War for Cybertron
Prior to the war Slaughter City was second only to the similar city of Kaon as a low-class industrial work center and site of illegal gladiatorial games between disaffected workers. It was one of the early strongholds of Megatron's supporters before the war, along with Kaon and Blaster City.
