- Lucifer is a planet from the Animated continuity family.
While not much is known about Lucifer, it stands reason to assume that it's not a popular destination for planetary tourism. It is said that, under the steel-fisted (don't even go there) rule of Lord High Governor Straxus, the place has gone from "oh boy" to "oh hell". If there were a tourist attraction, though, it would be the numerous smelting pools that take care of both energy-related needs and insubordination of all kinds.

After the Decepticons had lost the Battle For Iacon, and thusly, the Great War, they were exiled from Cybertron. After a period of recuperation, they slowly began to rebuild their empire by colonizing several far-off planets, Lucifer amongst them. Straxus was presumably given governorship of the planet as a reward for his wartime services. The AllSpark Almanac Vol. 2
Notes
- The name "Lucifer" is very likely to be a reference to the planet of the same name from Battlestars [1].
- The description of the planet is highly reminiscent of Cybertron under the rule of Straxus in the Marvel continuity.
