Alex Irvine is the American novelist and comic book writer who has dabbled in Isaac Asimov's Robot universe, Batman, Daredevil, The Ultimates, Supernatural, Iron Man and Star Wars. He has contributed to Transformers lore with the novel Transformers: Exodus and the accompanying short story Bumblebee at Tyger Pax, both based on Transformers: War for Cybertron and intended to establish Transformers: Prime. He also adapted his own novel for IDW Publishing's War for Cybertron prequel comic.
