GIGA! DRILL! BREAKERRRRRR!

Throttler was available only with his partner Sledge as part of the second wave of Power Core Combiners Commander Class figures. Throttler transforms from a robot into a drill that can be attached to the Commanders in vehicle mode or used in robot mode, and "body armor" for both normal and super-mode Commanders. In drill mode, Throttler's head acts as a hardpoint, allowing him to be held in a bulk's hand (or under Sledge's forearm). The drill section can also rotate separately from the connector/front torso section, although the joint is too tight to allow it to spin freely.
