Throttler is Sledge's partner. He's a vicious little bastard who's all for helping Sledge along with his destruction and carnage.

- Throttler was available only with his partner Sledge as part of the second wave of Power Core Combiners Commander Class figures. Throttler transforms from a robot into a drill that can be attached to any robot with a Powerlinx hardpoint, as well as "body armor" for Commanders in either of their robot modes. In drill mode, Throttler's head is a 5mm Powerlinx hardpoint, allowing him to be held in a bulk's hand, or attached to any other Mini-Con via Powerlinx socket.
