- The Trio Formation is a Decepticon tactic to confuse the Autobots from the Headmasters portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
The Trio Formation is a last minute idea by Decepticon Headmaster Weirdwolf.
- Weirdwolf, Skullcruncher and Mindwipe transform to Beast mode, Skullcruncher gets on top of Weirdwolf then Mindwipe climbs on top of him in a sort of bizarre beast totem pole.
- The trio of Headmasters walks towards the target and scares them.
- Hope that Snapdragon and Apeface don't come along and try and help out, otherwise it will fall apart.
