Created by the Cyber Planet Key of the Jungle Planet itself, Noble Force Mini-Con Team member Solar Flare has the power to manipulate fire. As that's the same element the cruel dictator Scourge wields, Solar Flare is extremely self-conscious about his own powers; he constantly holds himself back, afraid that he might cause as much destruction as the Jungle Planet tyrant. To top it off, Solar Flare also fears that Leobreaker may be becoming like Scourge in their quest to bring him down... cheery little guy, that Solar Flare.[1]
