- Part of the third wave of the 2010 Transformers toyline, Mindset is a retool of Hailstorm, who was designed as homage to Generation 2 Mindset. He has a different headsculpt from Hailstorm and transforms from a robot with massive rocket launchers on his shoulders into a light blue multiple rocket launcher. As part of the "Reveal the Shield" promotion, Mindset features a rubsign.
