Robert Buckley (sometimes credited as Bob Buckley) is an award-winning[1] composer, notable to Transformers fans as the soundtrack composer for both the Beast Wars and Beast Machines cartoons.

His career in the television and film business stretches back more than twenty years. After working on the CBC game show Talk About, Buckley went on to compose the music for several shows produced by Mainframe Entertainment, including the two aforementioned Beast series, ReBoot, Shadow Raiders, Weird-Oh's and the Scary Godmother movies.

More recently, his work has included creating music for Storm Hawks, a production from fellow Mainframe alumnus Asaph Fipke's Nerd Corps Entertainment, and the motion picture Mulligans. His work on Storm Hawks has garnered him a Leo Award and a nomination for another, as well as a nomination for a Gemini Award.
