Uneager to risk his life, the Decepticon got a slim chance of survival tossed his way when [[Shrapnel (G1)|Shrapnel]] noted it'd be more effective if he'd contact [[Spanner (G1)|the bridge's architect]] and ask him if he knew what could be wrong.
