:I don't think so. Magnum was pretty specific in ''[[A Team Effort]]'' about naming the fourteen Warlords, past and present, and didn't include either of those names even among the previously vanquished Decepticons. I think Rage was just a thug with delusions of grandeur, no seat at the War Council. - I don't think so.
