Takehito Koyasu (子安武人 Koyasu Takehito), born May 5, 1967 in Yokohama, is a Japanese voice actor and the creator of the hilariously awful anime Knight Hunters (Weiss Kreuz). He voiced Kai Hirose in Brave Command Dagwon, and Fred Jones in the Japanese dub of the live action Scooby-Doo films.
