Panties so white, this story ain't right.
Synopsis
Having traveled to the future, Teletraan 15 is looking for her next subject, when Eek! Wheelie lifts up Teletraan 15's skirt, mesmerized by the whiteness of her panties. (No, really.) Teletraan 10 comes to her partner's rescue, delivering a flying kick to Wheelie's face. 15's memo recorded, Wheelie makes his escape in vehicle mode. 15 thanks her hero, but 10 is quick to berate and comedically kick her careless companion.
