Synopsis

Before Hot Rod can leave with Star Convoy on his new mission, the transwarp hole that opened a few minutes prior unleashes a powerful blast of energy! Hot Rod is severely damaged, and Teletraan 15 looks on in horror as a massive gray-and-purple robot emerges from the hole in the sky.

Back in the past, on the Nana satellite, Teletraan 10 is horrified by the events she's seeing as Teletraan 15 relays the data. Yet the Teletraans' commander Kurohyō Man seems oddly sanguine over what's happening...

Back in the future, Teletraan 15 steps between the injured Hot Rod and the massive robot, begging the intruder to stop. Hot Rod gasps, calling her an idiot for putting herself in harm's way. Suddenly, 15 finds her right arm flying away, severed at the bicep...
