Takehito Koyasu (子安武人 Koyasu Takehito), born May 5, 1967, in Yokohama, is a Japanese voice actor and the creator of the hilariously awful anime Knight Hunters (Weiss Kreuz). He voiced 7-Changer in Legendary Brave Da Garn, Kai Hirose in Brave Command Dagwon, and Fred Jones in the Japanese dub of the live action Scooby-Doo films.
