Elita-One, Chromia and Arcee were hatched in Metrotitan sometime between 17,000 and 10,000 BC, making Metrotitan the first city to bring forth female Transformers. Elita-One's Movie toy bio Elita-One left her sisters and the city when she came in contact with Sentinel Prime's group and joined their quest to find the AllSpark and revitalize Cybertron. Once she and her comrades had accomplished this, Elita-One returned to her sisters in Metrotitan. Optimus Prime had wanted to go with her, but his presence was needed in Trypticon. Foundation #1 Upon Sentinel Prime's invitation for Cybertron's population to attend the declaration of unification at Trypticon three solar cycles later, Elita-One left Metrotitan once more, this time with her sisters in tow, to witness the historical event and meet up with Optimus. Foundation #2

As a result of an attack by an unknown alien species, much of Metrotitan was damaged in a massive explosion. Defiance issue 1 Optimus's desire to rebuild the city from this rather than join the Megatron-led counterattack was a source of tension between the two Transformers. Much later on a war-ruined and abandoned Cybertron, Skids and Mudflap were using the abandoned rooftops and other hazards of Metrotitan as a way to avoid fighting training area until an attack by Decepticons forced them to abandon the planet and head to Earth.Training Day

It's as of yet unknown whether or not Metrotitan turns into a giant friggin' robot.
