Formulak the Compuzoid is a video game character from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Formulak the Compuzoid is Ethan Zachary's player character in the Multi-World video game. It dies easily.

The Hordes of Hazzak destroyed Formulak the Compuzoid during one gameplay session. With the death of Formulak, the game over screen appeared.

Ethan wasn't too beat up about it, as he had the capability to recreate Formulak and insert it anywhere in the game. Afterdeath!
