Agent Highland was part of a team investigating the destroyed Kingdom Petrochemicals plant following a battle between the Autobots and Decepticons. A technician who was scanning the inside of a tank reported movement of some kind, and alerted Highland who ordered a spotlight brought over to illuminate the interior of the tank. Before this could be done, first Buzzsaw then Ravage burst out of the tank, sending the NSA personnel flying. In the aftermath of their departure, Highland was left wondering what had just happened.
