- Flashwing is a Decepticon from the Operation Combination portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Led by Scrash, Flashwing (フラッシュウィング Furasshuwingu) is an evil Decepticon with designs on conquering the Earth. He presumably has wings. Not that you'll ever know.
Fiction
Operation Combination
Commanded by Scrash, Flashwing joined Deathplay, Darkfly and Sharpedge in a bid to conquer Earth. Unfortunately for them, they were defeated by the new Autobots defending Earth, but primarily Sixbuilder, and never heard from again. Kiss Players timeline
Notes
Just who Flashwing is remains something of a mystery. He never appeared in, nor was he even referenced in, any of the Operation Combination story pages, the primary fiction supporting the series. He and his cohorts are mentioned in the Japanese Generation 1 cartoon timeline published with the Kiss Players manga, meaning they had to have originated from somewhere. Presumably, he was referenced by name in the telephone audio adventures promoted by Takara at the time, which are confirmed to be where most of the information regarding Scrash originates.
Why a character such as Flashwing was advertised in these audio adventures when he had no known toy on the market is also unknown. It could be that he and all of Scrash's random minions were simply alternate names for the Jet Corps, but that is unconfirmed.
