Cybonic plague is a virus developed by Megatron to wipe out millions during the Great War and is a product engineered by the Decepticon biological warfare program.

Ratchet brought him back to Autobot Outpost Omega One. Realizing Megatron would have the cure, Arcee and Bumblebee GroundBridged to the Nemesis. Discovering Megatron's comatose body, Bumblebee entered his mind via cortical psychic patch to convince him to give it to them.
