Edward Augutter was the President-elect of the United States, known for driving off the Inhumanoids.

Edward Agutter and his accomplishments were immortalized on a Burger Bot placemat detailing Presidents of the United States. Transformers Animated: The AllSpark Almanac II

President Augutter is an homage to the identically named character—better known by his codename of "Auger"—from Inhumanoids, another of Hasbro's mid-1980s toylines. Auger was elected president in the final episode of the Inhumanoids animated series, "Auger... For President?", but like his Animated counterpart, he never actually took office.
