Robot Powered Machines, or "R.P.M."s, are a multifaceted line of nonstandard action toys within the Revenge of the Fallen toyline. It includes a few different sublines that accomplish different things, but all of them are biased heavily towards the vehicle mode.

The R.P.M.s line was later replaced by the Speed Stars brand.

Radio Controlled

When you wake up and your legs are gone, you know it was a rough night!

Each Radio Controlled R.P.M. comes with a vehicle and a handheld RC controller with dual joysticks.

Battle Chargers

The funny part? This almost looks better than the original Battlechargers.

Each Battle Charger is a superdeformed vehicle that, when pulled back, will dash forward. This will cause the roof of the vehicle to flip up, revealing a robot mode.

Mini-Vehicles

Someone ran over Skids! There is a Primus!

Each Mini-Vehicle is a Hot Wheels-styled car with a sculpted image of the robot mode on the bottom of the vehicle. They come in single packs or versus sets, and the packaging has a window in the back so customers can see the robot mode. Also available is a track playset compatible with Mini-Vehicles, featuring Devastator.

Notes

• A large amount of Robot Powered Machines product, including Combat Series 2, Battle Series 2, the Metal Heroes Series, and the N.E.S.T. Global Alliance Series, was either shipped in extremely small quantities or not at all to stores in the United States. Just what did come out where in the world is difficult to determine - owing to the fandom's general apathy for the toyline - but various reports have indicated that at least some of Battle Series 2 came out in Europe and Canada, and some of the Metal Heroes and other series came out in Mexico.
• Owing to the above, the early waves of Transformers-themed Speed Stars are made up of tweaked versions of "unreleased" RPMs, though the SpeedStars versions all have greatly reduced paint applications in comparison.
