Dave Wittenberg (born September 1, 1971) in Johannesburg, South Africa as David Richard Paul "Dave" Wittenburg, is a South African-born American video game and anime voice actor.
He is known for doing the voices for Kakashi Hatake in Naruto, Gino Weinberg and Gao Hai in Code Geass, Upchuck on Ben 10, Sora on Hack//SIGN, Kefka Palazzo in Final Fantasy ( a role originally done by Shigeru Chiba), Saito in Ghost in the Shell:Stand Alone and Angel/Archangel in X:Men Legends II: Rise of Apocolypse .
Along with his voice acting in animation, He is also a writer whose work includes episodes of the Digimon television series and narrates many documentaries and specials for the Travel Channel and the Food Network and is the Narrator for the show I Didn't know I Was Pregnant.
Some of his aliases include Dave Lelyveld and Dave Whittenburg.
