Epsilon Ariadne, or Epsilon Iridani, is a star system located somewhere within the Milky Way galaxy, presumably relatively close to Earth in stellar terms.

The Transformers cartoon
Free trader Dirk Manus claimed to hail from Epsilon Ariadne. As with anything Dirk Manus said, it ought to be regarded as dubious information. Money Is Everything

Notes
- The name is a Bayer designation, indicating that the star is the fifth brightest in the Ariadne constellation, though no such constellation exists in reality. Ariadne is, of course, a character from Greek myth.
- The similarly named star Epsilon Eridani is popularly used in science fiction.
