- Cyber-ducks are animals from the Generation 1 continuity family.
A cyber-duck is, presumably, a form of Cybertronic wildlife. It's apparently easy to shoot them when they are stuck in a barrel. The Rebirth, Part 1
They share their reputation with dynametal ducks, although any relation between the two species is unknown.
Cyber-ducks are not open source.
