- Jean's mother is a human from the Victory portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Jean's mother (ジャンの母 Jan no haha) was the wife of Doctor Minakaze and Jean Minakaze's mother. She and her husband were killed by Deathsaurus's Dinoforce during an attack on their ship.

The Minakaze family was in a Mars research ship under attack by the Dinoforce. Jean's mother placed their son, Jean, in an escape pod, which they launched before the ship exploded. Attack! Leozack

Jean's mother was the mother of both Patty Minakaze and Jean Minakaze. She was present when Doctor Minakaze discovered gurunium.
