Shifters are a Cybertronian sub-species from the Aligned continuity family.
While almost every Cybertronian is capable of changing shape to some degree, Shifters take this to a whole new level. A legendary breed of Cybertronian, Shifters are chameleonoids even by Cybertronian standards, and can even take on the shape and voice of other robots. Their rare talent makes them highly prized spies and scouts.
