| The name or term "Wreck-Gar" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Wreck-Gar (disambiguation). |
- Wreck-Gar is a Junkion from the Aligned continuity family.
Wreck-Gar is the leader of his people on the planet Junkion. His mind reflects the ramshackle, cobbled-together nature of his world; he's rambling, fragmented, and obsessed with turning scrap into new life. Though simple and singleminded, he's also an extremely tough, stubborn and resilient being, not to mention a surprisingly competent leader of his hard-bitten, survivalist race. He turns into a mobile trash compactor.

Wreck-Gar's characterization seems to be a hybrid of his previous namesakes; although he is a native of the Junk Planet and incorporates TV lingo into his dialogue, he also is childishly naive to the outside world and simpleminded, and transforms into a trash carrier.
