Brainstorm used the triangulator to lead the Steelhaven crew in following an Autobot distress signal to the intergalactic tranceiver at the Ark's former resting spot in Mount St. Hilary. When they did not find a group of Autobots, the triangulator detected traces of rocket exhaust and the Autobots left to follow the trail. Trial by Fire!
