"No Mercy" is a song written by Vince DiCola and Scott Shelly that was submitted for inclusion in The Transformers: The Movie, but ultimately rejected by the powers that be. But then, a bitter and pessimistic tale of love and heartbreak may not have sat well in an action-oriented kids' cartoon.
