- Scout A is an Autobot from the Headmasters portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Scout A (偵察員A Teitatsuin A) is one of many identical Autobot scouts that patrol the streets of Cybertron.

Scout A was one of a pair with Scout B when they came across an advance invasion party made up of the Predacons. A went ahead to check out their presence, despite B's protests. A was summarily shot by Headstrong and the fallen scout told B to run and warn Rodimus Prime. Cybertron Is in Grave Danger, Part 1
Notes
- Scout A's character model is one of the three models that were originally used in the episode "The Burden Hardest to Bear" as the Matrix ghosts and recycled for numerous generics throughout The Headmasters.
