Aquastar is a Godmaster human from the Super-God Masterforce portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
I'm the poor man's Headmaster Warrior.

Aquastar (アクアスター Akuasutā) is an Autobot-allied Masterforce Warrior, a human in a Cybertron-made suit of armor that allows him to transform into an engine and control compatible transtector bodies.

Aquastar is a blue and light-blue redeco of the Powermaster Nebulan Hotwire. He was sold in a small box in Japan as part of the Super-God Masterforce series, along with the other separate Godmaster engines Bullet and Zetca.
This mold was also used to make the Godmaster engine form of Ranger.
