Christopher "Chris" Hicks is a Senior Designer on Hasbro's Transformers brand. He graduated from Hoboken Polytechnical Institute and proceeded to work in comics and freelance design. Chris had freelanced for Hasbro for 6 years prior to the start of his epic career. Chris has worked on many Boy's Toys brands such as Star Wars, Mighty Muggs, and his all time favorite...Transformers. When Chris was told he was joining the Transformers Design team, he literally pulled his shirt off and threw it across the room in a fit of ecstasy! Thank the Allspark he was wearing another shirt underneath.

Being relatively new to the Transformers Design team but not to design, Chris has quickly picked up the work load and is doing a great job designing product for Transformers: Prime and beyond.

Chris enjoys anime, his favorite being Sailor Moon. Chris will often cosplay as his favorite Sailor Moon characters at various conventions. He refuses to shave his trademark facial hair, resulting in some less than accurate renditions of his beloved character costumes.

Chris has been known to sing 80s cartoon theme songs throughout the day in his office to the delight of his neighboring designers. His competitive nature can sometimes get him into trouble at the local dance-off competitions. He fancies himself a bit of an expert at hip hop/breakdancing. His anger can be intimidating but no matter how angry he gets, a simple chocolate bar can easily calm him down.

• If you see Chris at Botcon 2012, he prefers to be called Sir-Hicks. He also appreciates it if you bring him Hot Pockets, as work at the con is very long and hard to step out to get food. He loves them!!!
