You can tell I'm me by the two wheels in my chest. Unless my arm is blocking one of them.

Ashtray was among the Junkions that attacked the Autobots stranded on their planet, until the arrival of Hot Rod's party. The young Autobot's offering of the universal greeting and an energon goodie was well received by the Junkions, who enthusiastically repeated the greeting.

During the fight against Unicron, Ashtray joined Junkyard's redecoed twin in making repairs on the Minnow after it had been blasted by the Chaos Bringer. The Transformers: The Movie

Notes

  • Ashtray was never named in any fiction; his name (and the names of many other Junkions) comes from character designer's notes, revealed in Transformers: The Complete Ark.
  • Ashtray is one of the movie's "extra" Junkions, whose designs were mostly a mix and match of each other's parts. In his case, his chest, arms and legs are based on Junkyard's and therefore share similarities with Greasestain's, HAZMAT's and Wasteoid Gamma's.
