- Refuser is a Decepticon-allied Mini-Con from the toyline portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Refuser (リフューザー Rifūzā) can compress even the greatest weight. His guiding belief is that "Nature exists in order to be destroyed!"
He probably doesn't get along well with Gredator.
Toys
Generation 1
- Refuser (Micron Booster, 2007)
- Booster ID number: 8
- Refuser is a redeco of the Classics Mini-Con Wideload, transforming into an "earth-mover" of undetermined model. He was only available in the fifth "Micron Booster" assortment in Japan, where each figure came in its own blind-packed, individual box.
- This mold was also used to make Universe Knockdown, Mighty Dozer and Heavy-Liftor.
Notes
- Refuser's name might be a "pun" if one assumes TakaraTomy thought he was a garbage hauler.
