Dynomic is a weapons manufacturing company in league with Skywatch. Together with Allodyne Logic Systems and Darkmatter Logic, they're responsible for inventing Skywatch's crash suits.

Colonel Horiuchi had loyalists in Dynomic who secretly helped design the badges he needed for his plan to control the Autobots.
