This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Sensei Yoketron is a teacher of some sort. Sprocket claims to know him, but doesn't.

Wings Universe
Wings Universe is based on the Generation 1 cartoon, but deviates from it in cosmetic ways and continuity points.
