Ironfist, knowing he didn't have long to live, transferred the Aequitas data onto a single data slug, which was given to Prowl by Ultra Magnus. Prowl was tempted to destroy the slug, and with it, all the evidence of Autobot crimes it contained Last Stand of the Wreckers #5, but he apparently resisted temptation, as it was later seen intact on his desk Police Action pt 3.

And, in any case, Ironfist had left a tablet-sized backup slug, containing a secondary copy of the data, with Verity Carlo in case the Autobots deleted the data. In Word and Deed
