True One is Survive's buddy from the Beast Wars Neo portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
"Ye shall not round the corners of your heads, neither shalt thou mar the corners of thy beard... or else!"

True One (トゥルーワン Turū Wan) is Survive's bat drone used for reconnaissance. The two get along very well together, despite the occasional argument over who gets more honey.
