The Dinobots (formerly the Lightning Strike Coalition Force) are a team of five Autobots that transform into dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures.

On September 11, 2012, the Dinobots, excluding Sludge, were made available for download in the Dinobot Destructor Pack on Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and Steam. [1]
Four members of the Lightning Strike Coalition were captured by Shockwave (while the fifth one was left in stasis lock) after repelling his Insecticon hordes and re-engineered to become much more powerful and transform into alternate forms that resembled creatures he discovered on a distant planet. Though four of the team escaped captivity, renaming themselves the "Dinobots". The Dinobots also found schematics for a new body for Sludge as well, but was ultimately never used. Fall of Cybertron
