The Nexis was a news broadcasting facility in Triax during the Great War.
Fiction
IDW Generation 1 continuity
Blaster would make pirate broadcasts from this area against the Decepticon tyranny. He was attacked once by Wildrider and Breakdown but was saved by Optimus Prime and asked for help to hack into the Iaconian Newsfeed Service. Broadcast Once Prime defeated the Decepticons, Blaster could use the Nexis for legal broadcasts again. From there he reported on the destruction of the Toraxxis mega-refinery and interviewed Dai Atlas about the subsequent exodus. Fallout
