Machination agent Stoker operated out of a trailer in Tucson while uncovering information about the Decepticon presence on Earth. When a police officer investigating Stoker's death arrived at the trailer park, he was just in time to see Skywarp and Blitzwing teleport in and destroy the trailer to cover up the information Stoker had gathered.
