This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Roadstorm is a connoisseur of fine paint jobs, and friends with Take-Off.

Wings Universe
Wings Universe is based on the Generation 1 cartoon, but deviates from it in cosmetic ways and continuity points.
Take-Off and Roadstorm spotted some lasercycles owned by "ruffians" from Rigel III. Roadstorm particularly appreciated the paint job on one of the cycles, and was going to trans-scan it, however the owners of the cycles mistook the pair's interest for an intent to steal said vehicles. Much later, Take-Off recounted the story to Bad Boy and was stopped midway through by Roadgrabber. A Team Effort
