Arduria is a gas giant orbiting a yellow dwarf star located a dozen parsecs away from the Cybertronian System. It is inhabited by sapient Ardurian rocs and found in the Ardurian System.

Fiction

IDW Generation 1 continuity

600,000 years ago, Shockwave selected Arduria as a planet suitable for his Regenesis project and sent a missile to seed the planet with Ore-6, a type of energon ore. Against his expectations, the Ore-6 began somehow began draining Arduria of its heat energy, causing the entire planet to freeze and shatter into pieces within the next hundred thousand years, leaving the native rocs huddling around whatever warmth they could find... until Shockwave killed them while checking the progress of his project.

By 2012, the remains of Arduria were at near-absolute-zero temperatures. Upon hearing that a captive Jhiaxus was reacting to a strange signal emitted from the planet, Orion Pax travelled there to investigate, but it turned out to be a trap set by Bludgeon to free Jhiaxus. Syndromica (1)
