Ice-breath is an ability that several Transformers with reptilian beast modes have installed in themselves for combat in their alt modes.

After becoming a Transmetal 2 dragon, Megatron possessed a new ability called Blast of Cold[1]—shooting sub-zero blasts, in one word, ice-breathing.
