Blackrock Aerospace Assembly Plant Number One is a cutting-edge, high-tech assembly plant owned by Blackrock Enterprises and designed by its rising star engineer Josie Beller. It is located in a suburb of Portland and produces the most technologically advanced jet fighters in the United States of America. So basically, the place was just begging to be sacked by whichever Decepticon heard about it first. - There are some jets being assembled in the plant that resemble the Earth modes for the Coneheads. Presumably, when they came to Earth and took on Earth alternate modes in "Aerialbots over America!", they used these as a template.
