:You may be right. I was going off the fact that Ax's toy is green like the screenshot, whereas Visser 3's are red and yellow (mostly). ::Ah. You see, in the books and the cartoons, all male Andalites are blue, while the females are a lavender color. Plus, I've seen the episode this is from, and yeah, in the cartoon this was before Ax arrived. So yeah, it's probably Visser Three.
