- The cannibalizers are neutral Cybertronians from the G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Made up of bits and pieces of their unfortunate victims, the vicious cannibalizers reside in the graveyard-like junkyards of Cybertron, and attack any Autobots or Decepticons who intrude on their territory.
The cannibalizers do not appear to be particularly intelligent, and Autobot soldiers do not consider them very threatening.

G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers continuity
When a small group of Autobots and G.I. Joes teleported to Cybertron from Earth, they ended up in a junkyard and were almost immediately attacked by twenty-something cannibalizers. One of them wielded the late Shockwave's arm cannon, and used it to shoot Grimlock in the face.
While the Autobots figured that they could defeat the cannibalizers in a direct confrontation, they feared that their small human companions might not fare so well against the giant machines, and chose to get out of the junkyard instead. The Art of War issue 3
