Rutter U.S. Military Base is a base from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Rutter U.S. Military Base is a United States military base containing much equipment.

The Combaticons were sent to raid Rutter U.S. Military Base to obtain material for a "smart bomb" to destroy Optimus Prime. Unknowing of the Decepticons' plot, Optimus sent the Protectobots to investigate. To aid Darkwing and Dreadwind in their mission at Alternate Reality, Inc., four of the Combaticons were diverted to the company's warehouse while Blast Off transported the stolen equipment to the Semper Tyrannis. Prime Bomb!

Rutter Military Base was attacked by Autobots who had been turned evil by Megatron's personality destabilizer device and were in search of a solar energy satellite kept there. After the Autobots were repaired, Optimus Prime promised they would repair the damage done to the base. Attack of the Autobots
