John Goodman (born June 20, 1952) is an American actor and comedian, known for his roles as Dan Conner on Roseanne, and his collaborations with the Coen brothers on films as Barton Fink, The Big Lebowski, O Brother Where Art Thou? and Inside Llewyn Davis, as well as other movies like Argo, The Hangover: Part III, C.H.U.D., The Flintstones, Speed Racer and Revenge of the Nerds.
In the realm of voice acting, some of his roles include James P. "Sulley" Sullivan in the Monsters, Inc. franchise, Rex the Dinosaur in We're Back! A Dinosaur's Story, Pacha in The Emperor's New Groove, Layton T. Montgomery in Bee Movie, Eli "Big Daddy" La Bouff in The Princess and the Frog and the original voice of Robot Santa in Futurama.
